Happily anticipating this book. My daughter had selective mutism as a child, however is incredibly intelligent (is a mathematician now), and I believe her inability to communicate creates a serious disadvantage. Tried to preorder the kindle though Amazon.com but couldn’t.

You could reregister your Kindle to an EU domain, I guess?
